We walked to the Visitor Centre and bought a leaflet listing low level walks in the Glen, and opted for walking up Nevis River to the Lower Falls. This went upstream on the Ben Nevis (North) side of the river, which was very wet and tricky in parts, until rejoining the road at a bridge after 6k. We extended the walk up the other side of the river on a better path to Paddy's Bridge, a footbridge. We returned via forest tracks above the road on the South side of the glen. A very satisfying walk of about 16k altogether! Andy then went for a run back up the same forest track, adding another 13k to his day's exertions, whilst Sraddhabha did the laundry (a star!).
