Oban via Prestwick to call in on Shraddhabha's violinist friend Wendy and husband John. Excellent scones by Wendy! The RAC visited and checked the engine. It was caused by an interrupted DPF filter cleansing cycle apparently and not to worry if it comes on again.
The warning light came on again.
It rained from Glasgow on. We went in search of LPG in Oban only to find the web was wrong and the only place was 8 miles north, and not open by then. Spent the night in a forest car park, Sutherland's Grove, not covered by the Stay the Night scheme (so no charge) with heavy rain and high winds all night.
