Those of you who know me will remember my love and fascination of the carousel , particularly the horses ,  the Wheel of life. An ornate example  is on the paseo.

It's the 80th anniversary of D Day landings in Normandy, our friends who live there are taking part today  in the commemoration as a musician and a photographer .
