Walked along many beaches with dramatic waves and stunning colour changes. Lots of steps up and down and deviations inland (and uphill !) due to construction work on extending the walk way. B is the surfing capital of the Basque country. The only small beach where it's safe to swim away from the big waves is very choppy and lumpy itself and a 45 mins walk from the Aire, beach side smart cafe charged us 3.5€ for a bottle of Evian water! Bobbing about was the only way to keep your head above the choppy swell . A strange sight watching seemingly decapitated heads bobbing about. Not too clean either.
Very tired after 3 days of walking , walking back and in bed at 9 pm
