Cherbourg has a handsome theatre

Heading into Cherbourg harbour, there was an Irish ferry from Rosslare docked (on the right) and the Anthem of the Sea cruise ship (on the left).There were a lot of Americans visiting Cherbourg today; they were very friendly.

Gotham city tower in the Cite de la Mer exhibition hall. Cite de la Mer is a big tourist attraction, deep water aquarium, nuclear sub and Titanic display housed in enormous art deco passenger hall from 1930's. The Titanic called in here to pick up passengers.
Settled in for the night on a countryside Aire with electricity (11€) backing on to a small holiday park . Carentan was the site of a battle between American and German soldiers in the Second World War and is a gateway town to the wetland area

I think we owe our love of Carousels to Mum ! Always made a beeline for them to watch us Laugh and Smile..Love the line about the safety check with lifeboats made me chuckle ..Happy Travel's both xx
