Drove from Killarney onto the ring of Kerry, stopped at a blue flag beach and eventually parked up at Mannix point campsite , immaculate modern facilities, lounge with woodburner , attractive veranda . Views facing the tidal inlet. Next to the Meteorological Observatory. Dark skies area ( sadly cloudy tonight)
