2 hours of sauna and cold water dips this morning - interesting people to chat to ( a Bitcoin millionaire , 3 young men in their 20's- gearing up for the Neon festival later in the day - a lawyer , an oil platform worker and a real estate student at Trondheim University.) The young men were all extremely well groomed and enjoyed talking about English TV they had watched growing up on Norwegian TV, including Midsummer Murders, Heartbeat and Downton Abbey😀

Havet -a floating sauna experience in Trondheim £15 pp - 7 minutes walk from the Bobilparkering aire
Very posh entrance , we think this is a large party sauna (with DJ )
There are 5 cabins to choose from , a deep plunge pool and steps down into the harbour. We tried them all and swam in the icy waters ( very briefly). Andy had a pint. Staff very friendly .Bar and restaurant.
Best coffee in Trondheim can be found at Cafe Le Frere . As all the shops close mid afternoon on Saturday , we made our way back to our favourite haunt ( Den Gode Nabo Pubero) Comfy seats - wood interior inside . Too cold for us to sit out.
We accidentally missed the kuntsmuseum art gallery as I misread the closing time on Saturday ( it was 3 pm 😏) We rested in here until the concert in the cathedral at 7 pm
Great concert in Nidaros cathedral . Romeo and Juliet by Prokofiev performed by St Olaf's orchestra; they were extremely talented , created a very full sound, helped by the acoustics in this beautiful cathedral.
Farewell Trondheim Left at 10.20 am Sunday am heading 2 hours north to a campsite on the river Årgårdselva. NB Just passed the spot where the container ship ran aground narrowly missing a person's house , the captain having slept through and missing Trondheim harbour as a result .More photos of the cathedral
