Day 15 Wednesday Biscarosse, long beach, big rollers here too Right by firing range with fighter jets screaming over Forest very pretty, 5min walk from beach --no EHU, Aire 8€ per night Ran on beach up to town centre and back again Cycled to local fresh water lake (Etang De Cazaux-Sanguine ) situated right by a yachting business, road there was 10% gradient up and shared with fast cars and screaming motorbikes , scary! walked up two major hills too steep for me to cycle .Andy's patience appreciated . A quick dip in very shallow calm still clear fresh water, cycled back via pretty forest route but still v uphill route in parts, v tired so pushing bike grumpily Andy went body boarding on our return I read Man booker long list selection ' the North Water' very exciting .
