Disturbed night sleep for me on the Aire. Art exhibition by Muriel Bordier by the lake swimming area called The Virtue of the Absurd. The artiste was from nearby Rennes 
A short walk around part of the 13 km path before a 20 mins swim in the cordoned off area and set off for Conleau on the estuary.
